Absolutely! One of the best experiences I've ever had going to purchase a fish. These guys checked all of the boxes. They were attentive to the customers. The stock was amazing. They were fish that I never even saw before and I've seen my fair share of fish would definitely recommend to all of my friends if you have any questions and or concerns related to your aquarium. Awesome pet store for all aquatic plants, fish and small animals. Staff members are helpful and cheerful and you can tell they really enjoy working there.

We recently had Buffalo Pet Supply come to our home to clean and restore our fish tank. We had let the tank go and it got way beyond us being able to clean it and set it back up. We almost tossed it and decided to call round to see if this was “actually a thing anyone did” When I first spoke to Dave I knew he was the right person. He was very friendly and super knowledgeable on what needed to be done to bring our tank back to life. His scheduling was quick too. Dave spent about 2 hours working on cleaning the entire thing and I have to say it looks incredible. Just yesterday I was thinking about Dave would show up and tell us there was no way he was going to touch it, but man did he surprise the heck out of us. The tank looks BRAND NEW! We are so excited to come visit the store to fill our tank up! I wouldn’t go anywhere else after the amazing experience we had! Thank you so much for being so helpful and being so good at what you do! *the photo was taken only a few hours after he finished cleaning it and it’s already super clear- I wish I had taken before shots! My kids came home and ask if we got a new tank - thanks again!!

I would also like to thank the owners Dave and Stephanie. They are the nicest, knowledgeable, and the most patient people there go above and beyond (10 ⭐️ service and selection). They were a huge help with information on construction, care for the frogs and much more. They have the best service and prices in the county. Thanks again guys.😊💕

I purchased three male gerbils here a few months ago. Very healthy, I haven’t had any health nor territorial issues so far. The establishment was clean and their cage was a perfect size and bedding depth for the species. I have not been able to socialize them beyond simple back touches, but that’s not a fault of the pet store. Sometimes desert rodents just dislike humans. 😅

Love this place. They are always helpful and know what there talking about and show you options even if it’s cheaper in price because they care more about helping your and your animals stay healthy then they are about money. Highly recommend for fish and reptiles and everything needed for them. They helped me get my whole setup for my day geckos and educated me and teach me more every time I go there

Relatively accessible, totally supportive. Mari and Elijah helped me today to investigate some puzzles, making meaningful product suggestions that made me even happier to be spending my money locally. To my delight, none of the fish tanks or animal habitats were overcrowded. There were enrichments, compatible species, good lighting, and healthy examples of how a healthy animal environment could look. Prices are competitive, hours are accessible to people who work different shifts. Staff are remarkably knowledgeable and enthusiastic, they take their jobs seriously. I was absolutely delighted and got right to putting my purchases into action at home.

The best reptile and Fish pet store in the greater Buffalo area if you ever need meal worms, lights, crested gecko diet, stuff for your enclosure set up. They have it all as well as some really interesting animals for sale as well. Couldn’t recommend this place enough if you have a pet reptile. Especially if you are in the market for things like live insects compared to PetSmart and places that are similar, their quality is just astronomically better 😎🦎

Bought two white tree frogs there back in May as well as a terrarium and all the supplies I needed. I wanted to wait awhile before giving a review to make sure the frogs were healthy. They are and so far so good. I’ve been back a few times to buy some random things and the employees are always helpful. They a have a lot of animals for sale so def worth checking out.

Always have a lovely experience here, decided recently I wanted to get a gargoyle gecko and there customer service while decided which one I'd like was absolutely amazing, they have a abundance of supplies and takes amazing care of there animals. I 100% recommend coming here for any reptile questions or reptile supplies or reptiles themself.
